All praise and honor be to the name of our Lord, the Word.
It is most important that sermon to the congregation,
to benefit the congregation,
and also necessary to be able to grow in faith.
*Members to pray for their preacher* be guided by the Holy Spirit so he wont be time passing with vein repetitions. (EPh 6:19-20)
Unless the preacher ensures to spend time in the Scripture for preparation, the congregation wont benefits to move a step further in their faith. Such sermon will be of vain and congregation will get into such practice to be in a coma state unless the enthusiasm comes-in.
If we have the feeling that Jesus Christ is among us while we gather in His name, the corresponding fear and respect will come automatically.
If you are in the midst of the team who believes that Holy Spirit comes when He is called & as like people leaves home after the final Amen is professed and as like they believe the Holy Spirit also goes elsewhere; Then, "you can only see the growth of the performer who runs it" not the growth of yourself !!
At one side, The Christian religious business is weeding out sales without knowing what salvation and the gospel are.
On the other hand.. Those who say they were saved before baptism and some claim their salvation even without knowing what is gospel - are ignorant in their mere zeal. Rom. 6: 1-7; 1Cor. 15: 1-5; Acts 22:16; 2: 36-38; Mark 16:16; Gal. 3:27, Rom. 10:9; Acts 10: 47-48; Matt. 28: 18-20
So, be the ones with the real feeling and we must return to *Christianity* with the fear and trembling of God, knowing that God is always in us, not at the end of the thrilling songs.
Not the man but God will be glorified when the hearers and speakers do their part correctly.
