May God the Father give us joy and peace.
Yesterday, we saw the responsibilities of a Wife.. Today, will see Husband's part.
Some husbands having superiority thought of being male.
God created Woman from the center point (Rib) of Man so that no wife is to be considered neither lower or higher than Husband.
When there was no Father or Mother yet in earth, that time itself, God instructed man to leave them and to live peacefully with his wife. We find this 4 times in Bible!! (Mat 19:4-6, Eph 5:31, Mark 10:7, Gen 2:24)
It doesn’t mean you have to chase your parents out of your home… Since both (husband and wife) are one body, it means that the parents are entitled *after the wife or husband* no matter what the parents are. They shall be secondary to own body (husband or wife). Mal_2:14-16; Mat_19:3-9; Mar_10:6-12; Rom_7:2; 1Co_6:16-17, 1Co_7:2-4, 1Co_7:10; 1Co_7:11; Eph_5:28-31; 1Ti_5:14; 1Pe_3:1-7
The wife is neither a slave, nor a servant, nor a toy, nor a domestic servant.
Infact, they are stronger than men in mental strength. Pro. 31:17
To get wife's respect, husband must give it first. *Give love and earn respect*. (Eph. 5:33)
If the wife is always burned with hatred and helplessness of her husband, then the fight at home will never end.
Post-marriage, it is fornication to compare with others about the beauty, color and shape of own wife. 1 Cor. 7: 2, 6:18
Since the head of wife is husband, the husband should give all necessary advice to her. (Eph. 5:23)
While we were sinners (Rom 5: 8), enemies (Rom 5:10), feeble (Rom 5: 6), adversaries and tyrants (Rom 5:6), husband Jesus loved His wife and surrendered himself (Eph. 5: 26-27). Rev. 21:2)
Therefore, the wife should be loved even if she is like an alarm to you or a hostile or with any enmity or with full of hatred;
let us not forget that Christ saved us all with such love only !!
Must be like a husband at home. At home, a husband shall not be as a pastor, boss, waiter, manager, master, or worker as you work in the company. Wife needs a husband. Not a servant or boss !!
Husbands should love their wife inspite of their hatred on you for any reason.. Eph 5:28
Wife *created for husband*. (1 Cor. 11: 9) So, Husband is all strength for her.
Husband should give equal value to his wife, as they are *also qualified to be in heaven*. 1 Peter 3:7
Husband and wife should not be separated from each other in bed unless both agree together. (1 Cor. 7: 5). Whatever the kind of spiritual prayer life you pose, it shall be a mere guise to others. Warning !!
Husband should pay all respect to his wife at any place. 1 Peter 3: 7, 1 Cor 12:22
Will be a pure cheating to call with all affection to those who come at your doorstep or at sight sweetly as “Sister / Brother” without loving your own wife (or husband), all your so called fervent prayers are a total disguise !!
Husband and wife should live happily in this very short period of time that God has given. Try to put a fullstop to overcome, understand, and forsake each other's differences, regardless of any misunderstanding or hatred.
Both should not allow any distance between them at any levels.
No prayer of those who have unrelenting irritability and division before sunset will cross their home !! Eph. 4:26. Husband and wife must first fix their own relationship without wasting life and cheating the town.
Let all the family be built with all love, eliminating divisions and bitterness ...
