Greetings to you In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the Lord of above Sabbath day and who received all authority in heaven and on earth from his Father.
After Solomon built a temple to God and had consecrated all the sacrifices, everyone returned home with joy;
Instead of giving instructions about the temple's superiority, methods, or about day to date activities, the very first information that God conveyed to Solomon shows how God is concerned with our actions.
If people gets their pride:
1-The rain from sky is stopped - Deut. 11:17, 2Chr. 7:13, Rev. 11: 6
2-If they become independent without submitting to God - Locusts are sent to destroy all that prosperity, if they begin to think that have achieved all these by the works of their hands - Ps. 107: 34, Deut. 11:17, 2Chr. 7:13
3-Pestilence is sent when we are zealous for our ability to satisfy us. Deut. 11:17, 2Chr. 7:13
He doesn’t stop there but declared that ...
* If my people, who are called by my name, repent of their deeds (?!) - I will forgive them all - I will cure them, He said - 2 Chr. 7:14, Lev. 26: 40-41, Deut. 4: 29-30
Yes .... in these times:
Despite having many thousands of scientists;
Despite the millions of intellectuals;
Despite countless doctors;
Although international countries join hands;
In this time of idolatry / false preaching / the rise and intrigue of many who grown up to a level where its hard to identify who is right and wrong ... will the creator maintain his silence anymore?
In these days of plague where corpses are now falling uncontrollably all over the world, let's not only focus of protecting ourselves but to look first to God who gives life and breath !!
Except the Christians, till now no others thought of looking above for their deliverance rather trying to save themselves by isolating them.
Human wisdom and knowledge are dust and madness before God. Pr. 2:12, Isa. 44:25, 1Cor. 3:19
Jeremiah 8:22 Is there no balm in Gilead? is there no physician there? why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered?
Know that only God can provide a solution. Isa. 45:19
