Loves us.
From the series of Numbers in Bible, today
we see about Number 12
12 represents that God (3) working (x) with
Human in this world (4)
12 is dynamically used in Bible. 12 represents
God’s power, God’s perfect government and God’s Church.
The work of God included destruction of the wicked and
redemption of the faithful. To bring about His will, God gave Noah a period of
120 years to work with civilization in an attempt to bring man back to God. Gen 6:3.
God
allowed Noah for 120 years to preach the world before the destruction. (Godhead
(3) worked with world(4) completely(10) 3x4x10=120)
12 Tribes in Old Testament. Gen 49:28
12 Apostles in New Testament. Mt 10:1-4
Breastplate of High priest has 12 Stones
(Exo 28:15-21)
Started with Hebrew calendar having 12
months in a year.
Day has 12 hours. John 11:9
High priest to keep 12 unleavened bread in
Tabernacle table on every Sabbath day. Lev 24:5-6
Count and see the marvelous usage of 12
from Numbers 7:84-88
God instructed Israelites to keep 12men in
Jordan while crossing (Jos 3:17)
We see Jesus in Jerusalem at his age of 12
(Luk 2:41-47)
Only in the book of Revelation, we see:
12 doors, foundations, names, 12x1000
lengthxbreadthxht of city, jewels, pearls, fruits! All of 12!
*Pls note* : We aren’t seeing these
numerals to follow as Biblical Numerology. God isn’t bounded to numbers!
Do we see any number in Bible without any
