நேற்றும் இன்றும் என்றும் மாறாதவராயிருக்கும் நம் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் நாமத்தில் வாழ்த்துக்கள். நம்முடைய அப்பத்தை எப்போதும் ஒருவரும் எடுத்துக்கொள்ள முடியாது. நமக்கு என்ன கொடுக்கப்படனுமோ அது நிச்சயம் கொடுக்கப்படும். தடுக்கப்பட்டதை ஒருபோதும் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாது. எந்த ஒரு பொறுப்பாளனும் தனக்கு கீழே இருக்கும் நபர்களுக்கு எல்லா காரியத்திலேயும் பயிற்றுவிப்பது அவசியம். தன்னுடைய பதவியை தக்கவைத்துக்கொள்ள மறைத்து ஆள வேண்டிய அவசியமில்லை. தன்னை சுற்றி துதி பாடிகொண்டிருக்க தன்னுடைய சீஷர்களை வளர்க்காமல் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து தன்னுடைய 12 சீஷரையும் வெளியே ஊழியத்திற்கு எல்லா ஆலோசனைகளையும் சொல்லி அனுப்பி பயிற்சி கொடுத்தார் (மத் 10:5-30) தேவன் அவனவனுடைய கிரியைகளுக்குத்தக்கதாய் அவனவனுக்குப் பலனளிப்பார். ரோமர் 2:6 Eddy Joel +91 8144 77 6229 joelsilsbee@gmail.com https://www.youtube.com/joelsilsbee https://joelsilsbee.blogspot.com

Greetings to you in the name of our unchanging Lord Jesus Christ. None can take our bread. What is allotted to us will be surely given. What is stopped for us, none can provide even !! It is important and mandatory that every leader train his disciple or followers in all his talents. Administering their followers/subordinates without teaching any of his knowledge will never secure his position. Instead of keeping his disciples surround him for self boasting, Jesus Christ sent his disciples out to the world with all necessary instruction for getting them trained in the ministry.
