*Cross to Paradise*

Wishing you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who only is able to take us to Heaven !!
The thief who was hanged for his crime *How did he get to paradise?*
Did he get baptized? with this reason, there are still those who claim that I do not need to be baptized.
But,
Notice the important below points of that thief on the cross, we may have not noticed yet !!
1. He knew Jesus as God !! Luke 23:40
2. He recognizes himself as a sinner !! V41
3. He knew Jesus is sinless !! V41
4. He accepted Jesus as his Lord !! V42
5. He knew there is a Kingdom of God !! V42
6. Though he knew his life is at last moment in the cross, still he believed in the eternal life !! V42
As Jesus is authorized to pardon the sins in the earth (Mt 9:6), He pardoned the thief’s sin and took him to paradise !!
Jesus Christ, who died on the cross, was buried, and rose again on the 3rd day;
The command He gave to His disciples after his resurrection: *He told them to be baptized for the remission of sins* !! Matt. 28: 18-19
We must realize that this command was not given before the cross !!
So, Do not delay in obeying the Great Command !!
