*The Church of Christ earned in self-blood by Christ but that should not be used to saved self-blood*

Greetings in the name of our Jesus Christ who is the same yesterday, today and forever.
None can take our bread.
What we are given will surely be given.
Likewise, what is blocked can never be obtained.
It is necessary for any responsible person to train his subordinates in all matters.
In order to secure his position, the master or chief does not need to be tactful, or to conceal anything for their growth.
Jesus Christ, had not used 12 disciples to sing praises around Himself, instead, He sent them out with all counsel and training for the ministry (Matthew 10: 5-30)
He also selected 70 men, trained them for the ministry, and sent them out. Luke 10: 1-18
Jesus also gave them the power to do everything by themselves, so they didn’t say that the pastor or the chief pastor had this authority. Luke. 10:17
Not to limit your generosity in giving others the chance of just reading scripture and prayer in the assembly, but train everyone to grow as a preacher and to carry out all sort of works in the ministry. Do not just train your blood relations to keep your job secured.
When a single-rooted banyan tree grows bigger and drops its vein around it and falls in to the ground to grow as aerial roots surrounding the tree, the main root gets its strength by the other roots.
Jesus came alone,
Selected 12, (Matt. 10: 1)
Then 70 (Luke 10: 1)
Then 120 (Acts 1:15)
Then 3000 (Acts 2:41),
Then 5000 (Acts 4: 4),
Christianity then flourished innumerable (Acts 5:14).
In order to show your head counts to your financiers to maintain and sustain your monthly income, Do not just focus on your blood relations for Sundays or at your special audit meetings. If you come out of the web of such self-respecting ministry, *the congregation will grow in numbers than the church buildings* !!
God will reward each one according to his deeds. Romans 2: 6
