When Christ was born, the devil tried to kill him. Matt. 2: 13-16
He tried three times to get down while preparing for the ministry. Matt. 3:16 - 4:11
He gave crisis through many on a daily basis so that the ministry could be stopped anyway. Matt. 22:15, Luke. 20:20
The devil challenged Jesus to prove that You are truly the Son of God by coming down from the cross, even while hanging on the cross, so that the will of the Father might not be fulfilled. Matt. 27:40, 26:39, Mark 14:36
If satan tried severely to the green wood itself, what not he will do to the dry timber like us? Luke. 23:31
If a soul or a believer falls away from the faith - it is only one (1) count for satan!
But if a preacher falls - it equals to many !
Therefore, there are more crises for servants who serve God faithfully than believers. 2 Cor. 1: 4, 2 Timothy 3:12, 1 Thes. 3: 3-4, 1 Pet. 5: 9-10; External. 1: 9-10, 7:14, 12: 4, 12: 7-10
Preachers always uphold their flock with their prayers …
But, who stands in the gap (opening) for their Preachers?
The congregation should always pray for those who shed tears in private only to God without being able to share their problem with anyone.
The Apostles told the congregation to pray for them (2 Thessalonians 3: 2, Romans 15: 31-32, 1 Cor 15:32)
