Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, who died on the the Cross for our sins.

Is the cross a symbol for Christians?
Or a Marital agreement,
Or for use in church building,
or to touch and bow,
It was *not* made for worship.

If you worship the cross - it is idolatry. Exodus 20: 4-5

Instead, we need to understand the meaning when seeing the cross:

There God's Love Revealed - Jn 3:16, 1 Jn 4: 9,10

The place where the wages of our sin was paid - Jn 19: 32-34; Rev 1: 5, Ephesians 1: 7

Peace was made there - Colossians 1:20

A place where Jews and non-Jews alike came together - Ephesians 2: 14-17

Church was Purchased at the Cross - Acts 20:28, Ephesians 5:25

The Completion of the Law of Moses - Matthew 5: 17-18, Romans 10: 4, Colossians 2: 14-17

Let us worship God the Father through Christ, not the cross.
