Daily Dose 8-6-18

பரிசுத்தப்படுத்தும் தேவன் தாமே நம்மை ஆசீர்வதிப்பாராக. ஆர்வத்தோடு என்ன தான் பவுல் சொல்றார்ன்னு கேட்கனும்னு அகிரிப்பா ராஜாவிற்கு தோன்றினது. (அப் 25:22) பவுல் பேசினதை கேட்கும்போது தமக்கு உறுத்தலாகவும் திருத்திக்கொள்ளும்படியான விஷயங்கள் உணர்த்தப்பட்டாலும் பழைய பாதையை விட்டு அவரால் வர முடியவில்லை. (அப் 26:28) பல நேரங்களில் நமக்கும் அப்படி ஆகிவிடுகிறது. வேதம் படிக்கும் போதோ கர்த்தருடைய செய்தி கேட்கும் போதோ உணர்த்தப்பட்டால் நம்மை நாமே திருத்திக்கொள்வதற்கு பதிலாக எதையாவது சொல்லி சமாளித்து பொய் விடுகிறோம்.  ஆனால் மீட்பராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவோ நம் இருதயத்தின் கதவை தட்டி கொண்டே தான் இருக்கிறார். நாம் போடும் கூச்சலும் இரைச்சலும் ஆண்டவருடைய சப்தத்தை கேட்க விடாமல் பண்ணுகிறதோ?

May the Sanctifying God bless us. King Agrippa was so eager and enthusiastic to hear what Paul says. (Acts 25:22) When Paul spoke up, King Agrippa could not get out of the old way, though he was pricked and exhorted. (Acts 26:28) In many cases, we too when we study the Bible or while hear the message of the Lord, we try to convince ourselves by saying something rather than to correct. But the Savior Jesus Christ keeps knocking the door of our heart. Seldom the voice of knocking are not heard due to shouting and whooping!! (Heb 4: 7)
