*Bible and Easter*

Greetings in the name of the risen Lord Jesus Christ.
Ishtar was an idol worshiped by the Roman people who wished to have children.
The Easter story also includes the German idol Eostre (an idol carrying a rabbit & an owl).
People who celebrated every year in such false belief that life and the blessings of their generation would prosper, Catholic officials made these festivals the day of Christ's resurrection to retain these people when they came into Catholicism.
A great longer story is briefed here. Now you can understand why eggs are given on Easter day and there is a rabbit on the Easter greeting card !!
The only system given to Christians is to commemorate the death of Christ weekly.
Unable to obey even that one commandment, one should not become a duplicate Christian by believing in the teaching of myths, imaginations, and idols.
*Neither the Apostles nor Christ commanded us to celebrate Easter or the day of Christ's resurrection once a year. They never celebrate and we don’t find such proof in scripture*.
When to commemorate the death of Christ:
Not once a month,
Not on the wedding day,
Not on a special occasion,
Scripture says they Remembered the first day of the week !! Acts 20: 7
We all remember many people missed in partaking Lord's Supper indefinitely because of the pestilence corona. 1 Cor. 11: 23-26
Surely, we are in the time as mentioned in 1Tim. 4: 2-3. All the people who have kept their mouths and stomachs shut and restricted for past 40 days, take your Bible and read these verses. May you realize today that what you are in wrong belief and so get heart to return to the Truth!
*You may ask; as the resurrection of Christ is a true incident, 'What is wrong in celebrating Easter?'*
1-Easter is marked based on the new moon.
2-The festival of the idols has just been transformed into Easter.
3-If Peter was cold and require to set fire to keep him warm when Christ was crucified, remember the climate of entire Jerusalem city is in heat wave during these Easter days.
4-Scripture says that God hates any festival.
5-Christians are not given any command in the Bible except to commemorate the death of Christ on the first day of the week.
So observing anything that is not said will bring us the curse. Rev. 22: 18-19, 1Cor. 4: 6, Duet. 29:29.
Ash Wednesday, Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter and Christmas are all human traditions. Observance of these for self-satisfaction will drive the self-soul out of heaven !!
Christ says it is *sin* to come into the community of God following the fantasies and traditions of men. Matt. 15: 8-9
Many people who do not even sleep on the couch towards the direction of prayer hall will attend the prayer on this day. Its every Christian’s duty to tell the Truth correctly to them without making them further sinful.
