Question : Bro pulpit with shoes while preaching or leading worship is acceptable ??
Answer : basically this involves the understanding of attendees..
God does not stay at the pulpit alone.. we know HE is everywhere in this New Testament age.
Whether pulpit ground or other area inside worship hall.. there is no difference or ranking.
Wearing shoes inside worship hall and the pulpit depends on the culture purely.
Biblically speaking God is everywhere. At the Moses time.. God's place was remarkable and identified.
Question : Ok that means not important weather we wear shoes inside the church or not ?
It's up to our own rite ?

We avoid shoes inside because others should not feel bad..
1 cor 8:9 - 11.
This verses can be applicable i think in this situation..
