At what frequency communion (Lord Supper) can be observed? 

 

Though many does conduct monthly, few yearly and few weekly, Scripture instructs us clearly to conduct the First day of the week.

The First day of the week is the day of our Lord ascended to Heaven.

The First day of the week is the day of His kingdom established on Earth (Pentecost Day)

The First day of the week where members gathered and offertory was collected in NT era.

The First day of the week disciples gathered to participate in the Lord's supper.

To get the clarity on frequency, we require to see that;
The Lord's Supper is for remembering Christ's Death and the new Covenant, its a memorial.

In the Old Testament, God instructed several other memorials and feasts which are not in effect today as we know from the scriptures.
 

Old Testament record can teach us some useful lessons (Rom 15:4  தேவவசனத்தினால் உண்டாகும் பொறுமையினாலும் ஆறுதலினாலும் நாம் நம்பிக்கையுள்ளவர்களாகும்படிக்கு,  முன்பு எழுதியிருக்கிறவைகளெல்லாம் நமக்குப் போதனையாக எழுதியிருக்கிறது. ; 1 Cor. 10:1-12).

Whenever God authorized a special memorial or feast in His worship, He always told man when and how often to do it. Consider the following examples:

If the Lord's Supper does not have a specified time and frequency for partaking, then it is the only one of God's appointed memorials or feasts in history that does not. Surely we should expect the New Testament to tell us when to have the Lord's Supper.

In terms of day:

As per scripture - Sunday is the First day of the week, which is the next day of Sabbath day.

People may quote Rom 14:5-6 அன்றியும், ஒருவன் ஒருநாளை மற்றொரு நாளிலும் விசேஷமாக எண்ணுகிறான்; வேறொருவன் எல்லா நாட்களையும் சரியாக எண்ணுகிறான்; அவனவன் தன் தன் மனதிலே முழு நிச்சயத்தை உடையவனாயிருக்கக்கடவன். நாட்களை விசேஷித்துக் கொள்ளுகிறவன் கர்த்தருக்கென்று விசேஷித்துக் கொள்ளுகிறான்; நாட்களை விசேஷித்துக் கொள்ளாதவனும் கர்த்தருக்கென்று விசேஷித்துக்கொள்ளாதிருக்கிறான்

. புசிக்கிறவன் தேவனுக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரஞ்செலுத்துகிறபடியால், கர்த்தருக்கென்று புசிக்கிறான்; புசியாதிருக்கிறவனும் கர்த்தருக்கென்று புசியாதிருந்து, தேவனுக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரஞ் செலுத்துகிறான். However, the context of these verses are for food and not on worship days.

I believe that such leniency cannot be taken in this.

Looking at the public holiday, people gather only on Fridays, however, this is not scriptural.

Question of the people of OT:

Rom 2:12  எவர்கள் நியாயப்பிரமாணமில்லாமல் பாவஞ்செய்கிறார்களோ, அவர்கள் நியாயப்பிரமாணமில்லாமல் கெட்டுப்போவார்கள்; எவர்கள் நியாயப்பிரமாணத்துக்குட்பட்டவர்

களாய்ப் பாவஞ்செய்கிறார்களோ, அவர்கள் நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தினாலே ஆக்கினைத்தீர்ப்படைவார்கள்.

Rev 19:11  பின்பு, பரலோகம் திறந்திருக்கக் கண்டேன்; இதோ, ஒரு வெள்ளைக்குதிரை காணப்பட்டது, அதின்மேல் ஏறியிருந்தவர் உண்மையும் சத்தியமுமுள்ளவரென்னப்பட்டவர்; அவர் நீதியாய் நியாயந்தீர்த்து யுத்தம்பண்ணுகிறார்.

2Th 1:8  கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு தமது வல்லமையின் தூதரோடும், ஜுவாலித்து எரிகிற அக்கினியோடும், வானத்திலிருந்து வெளிப்படும்போது அப்படியாகும்.
