*God alone can change it into prosperity even if it dries as wilderness*

All Glory and Honor to our Father in Heaven.
Our Heavenly father is Almighty who only can store enormous amount of water in the cloud compare to N number of ocean you see in this world (Amos 5:8, Job 37:11)
Job 37:11 The thick cloud is weighted with thunder-flame, and the cloud sends out its light;
For he takes up the drops from the sea; he sends them through his mist as rain, Flowing down from the sky, and dropping on the peoples. Job 36:27-28
Only, He can bring immeasurable quantum of rain in an un-expected time.
He does great things outside our knowledge, wonders without number. Job 5:9
He is Alone and Only capable to bless you from Heaven at any time whether Thirst or Dry.
He alone has the way been cut for the flowing of the rain, and the flaming of the thunder; Causing rain to come on a land where no man is living, on the waste land which has no people; To give water to the land where there is waste and destruction, and to make the dry land green with young grass. Job 38:25-27
Therefore, God is able to change whatever situation we find ourselves in.
We should cling to Him alone.
He is the One who makes the path in the wilderness and makes it rain. Job 38:26
