Greetings to you in the name of our Saviour Jesus Christ.

David told the people of Israel to look at the number so that they would know his strength and growth. 2 Sam 24

That attempt to know his growth ended badly for him in the sight of the Lord.

How many people come to our church, how many at mine etc…  never think of the count or attendees as your strengths or weaknesses ...!

On your own, in your own name, on your own initiative, with your own laws, for your own profit, for own family growth, you can say how big your corporate councils are.

But, the church that is mentioned in the Bible - belongs to God !! Christ is the founder, leader and originator of it. Ephesians 5:23, Acts 20:28, Ephesians 1: 22-23, 4:15, Col. 1:18

Christians become members of the church of that Christ, the Founder. Acts 2:42, 5:14, 11:24.

Whether 3 persons or 3,000 people, God gives the harvest, God gives the yield.

We are insignificant, it is our duty to sow and water (words). No scientist nor a miracle magician, can open the seed and pull the crop out !! 1 Cor 3: 6.

If people are in the church,
Scripture does not give anyone the authority to boast that it came from a minister, ministry, administration, or skill. Scripture says they are worthless. (Luke 17:10)

Souls are admitted to the church only by prayer and by the grace of God. (Acts 2:47) The Lord is adding them to His church !!

We are in the last hour. Plenty of the right workers are still needed. Matthew 20: 6

Do not waste time picking weeds. That is not our job !! Matt 13: 28-29, 39-40

By doing what is right, we will receive the full fruit of our works from God.
